We took a nice hike near Loch Raven Reservoir north of Baltimore. It was a nice area and it felt good to get some exercise in nature. The girls had fun and Snoopy got to come along too. The next three pictures are all from the hike.
We have a couple new trees that we got through the utility company offering them for free to customers. We have been watering them religiously. They came to us dormant (without leaves) so it is hard to tell whether they will ever amount to anything more than tall sticks, but we keep trying. One of them is starting to sprout some leaves, which is exciting. Karina usually comes and helps us when we water them.
Karina and Lydia like playing hide and seek together. Karina always hides in the same spots, so she is pretty easy to find and Lydia knows that if she sees toes sticking out from under the curtains, there is probably a Karina attached to them!
Lydia is pretty silly sometimes and makes us laugh with her smiles and antics, like climbing underneath the table.
