We took a walk to Rockburn Park one day when it was nice and all three kids had a chance on the swings at the same time.
The kids like climbing on rocks, though it is hard to get them to all look at the camera and smile at the same time.
Derek was very proud of his spider web art project he made for a pre-k school assignment.
After watching How the Grinch Stole Christmas, Lydia and Derek decided they needed to turn their stuffed dogs into reindeer like the Grinch did with Max. Here's Lydia with Emma, her "reindeer".
Of course, it couldn't stop there. Derek and Lydia got as many of their stuffed animals as they could converted to reindeer, hooked them up to a shopping cart sleigh, grabbed some presents from under our Christmas tree and were ready to go.
We had a snow day with a few wet inches of snow before it turned to sleet and though I still had to go to work since it didn't start until later in the day and the kids still had school since we are still doing remote learning, the kids were able to play outside during breaks. Lydia and Derek made a snowman.
Karina had fun making snow angels.
All three kids had fun sledding down a small hill to the side of our driveway.
Derek got a sports kit from school and had fun playing with it in the driveway for a school assignment/activity one day.
Lydia had a candy and marshmallow decorated sheet cake for her half birthday - 7 and a half years old.
We spent Christmas and the end of the year in Miami with Mimi and Mormor - we'll work to get the pictures from that trip posted in the next few days as we try and catch up.
