On the way back, we went to Reed's Dairy (a local business) for some tasty ice cream and to see the baby animals. Karina loved the treat, and thought the animals were interesting too.
That afternoon, Tanja and I left Karina with Grandma and Grandpa and got to go to a movie (Hunger Games). Karina apparently loved playing peek-a-boo with the shutters of the playhouse on the deck.
Before we left, we had a quick early birthday party for Karina. She had a cupcake (that Tanja and I ate 98% of) and got some blocks and clothes. She was quite happy with it all!
