Valley Forge, PA

Over my birthday weekend in April, we decided on a weekend trip to Valley Forge, PA, with a stop at Bellvue State Park in Wilmington, Delaware on the way. One of the main highlights of Bellvue was that they had a ton of different types of strange trees, each with a description at the base of the tree. Snoopy thought this was fantastic, because it meant we were walking from tree to tree in the park, something he would have chosen himself :-) Valley Forge also meant walking around most of the day, to the various sites that were either original or rebuilt. We listened to a cell phone tour at each stop.
